It’s a huge glacier formed during the wintertime thanks to underground water sources. It doesn’t melt in June and July. It might be affected by rains and heat in August. The constant temperature is +4C +6C on the ice in summer. Located ~100 km on the opposite bank of the Lena River from Yakutsk.
